Hot Tub Cover Replacements

Please fill out as much information on your hot tub as you can.  Detailed information will enable us to find the correct size hot tub cover.

Please Note:  Covers must be paid at the time of order.  It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate spa cover measurements, strap length and skirt length and fold direction.  SPA COVERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IF ORDERED WITH INACCURATE INFORMATION.

Once your information is submitted, an office associate will reach out to you to obtain your signature on your final spa cover replacement order form. 

Service Call Appointments Terms and Conditions

A valid 2024 Credit Card Authorization must be on file. Spa Covers must be pre-paid at the time of ordering.  Installation and disposal of current cover is due at the time of service.  Payment can be made with cash, check or the credit card listed on your 2024 Credit Card Authorization.  I agree and understand that Signature Pool and Spas will bill my credit card on file if I am not home at the time of service or if an alternate payment method was not arranged. Invoices over $500 and paid using a credit card or debit card will incur an additional 4% surcharge.  Credit Card Fees are not refundable.  If a deposit was made using a credit card that exceeded $500 then the credit card fee will be deducted from the refund issued. 

I agree that appointments not cancelled within 24 business hours may incur a $95 cancellation fee that will be billed to the credit card on file.
