While we can’t always provide same-day service, we understand that pool and spa problems sometimes can’t wait. For urgent repair needs or emergency service requests, please call us directly at (401) 295-7721 during business hours. We prioritize urgent repairs and work to schedule service as quickly as possible.
Maintenance program customers receive priority emergency scheduling for faster response when problems occur. This is one of the valuable benefits of enrolling in our regular maintenance programs.

Our showroom and office are conveniently located at 55 Pleasant Valley Road in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. We’re easily accessible from Route 1 and major highways throughout Rhode Island.
From Route 1 (Narragansett): Head north on Route 1, turn right onto Pleasant Valley Road. We’re located on the right.
From Route 4: Take exit toward North Kingstown, follow signs to Pleasant Valley Road.
Parking: Free parking available on-site.
